Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep your login credentials secure. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
Choose sizes using the measurements and size guide on the product page. Screen colours may vary, but this does not excuse a materially incorrect product or misleading description.
Prices, payments and orders
Prices and payments are in INR. Product prices are the displayed customer-facing prices. Delivery and separately applicable charges are disclosed before payment. Ladli Lal is currently not GST-registered.
Orders are prepaid through Razorpay. Payment is verified before paid fulfilment; a browser success message alone is not proof of payment. If a payment succeeds but stock or fulfilment cannot be confirmed, our team arranges a resolution or refund.
Policies, content and rights
Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds follow the corresponding published policies. Updated policies do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order.
Website branding and materials may not be copied or used commercially without appropriate permission. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, access to competent consumer forums or other lawful remedies.
