Dispatch and delivery
We accept prepaid orders for delivery within India, subject to courier serviceability. Supply an accurate address, PIN code and mobile number. Contact customer care before dispatch if an address needs correcting; changes depend on whether the parcel has already been handed to the courier.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. If a parcel is delayed, contact customer care for assistance. These estimates do not limit remedies available under applicable law.
Delivery fees
Delivery costs ₹65 per order and is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal, before delivery fees, is strictly above ₹1,000. At exactly ₹1,000, the ₹65 fee applies. The final payable total is shown before payment.
Tracking and assistance
Our team shares courier and tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking details are also available in your account when added to the order. If we cannot fulfil or deliver an order, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution or refund.
