Information we collect
We collect information you provide for accounts, purchases, support and feedback, including your name, email, phone number, delivery address, cart and size selections, order history and messages.
If you choose Google or Facebook login, we receive the identifiers and basic profile information made available through the permissions you grant, such as your name and email. We use this information to authenticate you and manage your store account. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.
Razorpay processes payments. We receive transaction references, amounts and payment/refund status. Our store application does not store full payment-card details or UPI credentials. Service providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, timestamps and logs to operate and protect their services.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and carts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery and pickups, handle returns and refunds, answer messages, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records.
Service messages relate to your account, orders, payments or support requests. If we introduce occasional promotional emails, we will offer a choice about receiving them and a way to opt out. You may also ask customer care to stop promotional emails. Opting out of promotions does not stop essential service messages.
Providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information or share your email with other businesses for their independent marketing. We share information needed to operate the store with Supabase for accounts, database and storage; Cloudflare for hosting and delivery; Razorpay for payments; and courier partners for delivery and return pickups. Email delivery, when enabled, uses Resend. Google and Facebook process information under their own policies when you choose their login services.
Providers may process information in countries where they operate. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or lawful requests, or to protect customers and the store against fraud or misuse.
Browser storage and analytics
Essential cookies or browser storage support sign-in, cart persistence, remembered dress sizes and purchase flows. Clearing or blocking storage may affect those functions. We currently use no analytics service or advertising pixels.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here and necessary legal, accounting, transaction, dispute and security requirements. We delete or anonymise information when no longer needed; backups and provider logs follow their normal retention cycles. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests

We may verify your identity using your registered contact details. Necessary transaction or legal records may remain; we will explain relevant exceptions when responding. The store is intended for adult account holders. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation.
