Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

Cancellation before dispatch is free. Contact pyareladlilal@gmail.com or +91 9310930953, quote your order reference, and request cancellation. Our team confirms whether the order has been dispatched. There is no cancellation processing fee.

Refunds and dispatched orders

For an approved full-order cancellation before dispatch, we initiate a refund of the paid order total, including any delivery fee, to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval. Bank/payment-provider credit times may add to this period.

After dispatch, eligible requests follow the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. If we cancel because we cannot fulfil an order, we arrange a full refund for the cancelled order without a cancellation deduction.

Nothing in this policy limits remedies or rights available under applicable consumer law. Conditions or deductions for voluntary returns do not defeat a valid claim involving defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, or another remedy required by law.
